Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to come and join us in a fast paced, dynamic team. This is a critical role within our Risk and Actuarial Group, supporting the Head of Actuarial Services and Head of Integrity Services, and their teams. This hugely rewarding opportunity offers plenty of variety and challenge.

What will you be doing?

  • Diary and email management
  • Group/team support
  • Meeting management including agendas, minutes and actions
  • Event organisation
  • Other ad hoc support for the group as required

If this sounds interesting, please apply if you have some or all the following:

  • Experience in a comparable role within a large corporate or government organisation
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of, and proficiency in Microsoft software including word processing, power-point and Excel
  • Have an ability to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities/resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks as they pertain to our obligations and policies
