The purpose of the role  

The Team Manager Planning and Performance is responsible for a team with a large scope across the activities of Collection Operations. The team provides reporting on social and business survey response rates, allocates resources in the Contact Centre, provides support to the Field Collections team and ensures our suite of communications is kept up to date. Relationships are important in this role, the TM is part of a leadership team working together to successfully run the operations and additionally, owns a business-critical relationship with internal stakeholders.

What will you bring to the role?  

  • Proven people leadership experience operating with a high level of independence
  • Confident managing stakeholder relationships
  • A positive attitude and willingness to empower your team
  • The ability to think innovatively
  • Ability to make decisions and act in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience producing reports, knowledge of SAS/SQL/r, workforce planning (preferred)
