Job Description

  • Permanent, part-time role
  • 25 to 30 hours per week
  • Pro rata salary of $51,550 pa

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

In this part time role you'll be responsible for working with the Tenancy Liaison Officers and the Team Leader Tenancy Liaison to provide administrative support to the Tenant Liaison team and the wider programme Delivery team. Use your strong administration skills to help the team deliver services efficiently.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in providing high-level administrative support
  • Excellent customer service, including demonstrated ability to handle and manage difficult customer relationships
  • Experience working with customers from a variety of cultures and in difficult circumstances
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Effective time management
