Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Change and Engagement Specialist to join our Auckland based team for a fixed term of six months. In this role you will be responsible for providing coordination and leadership to the Change team and supporting our people to lead strategic initiatives, projects and programmes.

You will be an expert change practitioner who has proactively embedded the Prosci methodology tools and processes. You will persuade and influence senior leaders and provide coaching, mentoring and support to the wider Change Management team.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • Tertiary Qualification or equivalent experience in Change Management with Prosci certification
  • Expert knowledge and extensive experience applying change management principles, methodology and tools at both project and programme level
  • Demonstrated experience providing leadership, coaching and support to a team
  • Great stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and establish relationships
