As a Mental Health Nurse you will provide a comprehensive range of mental health nursing services including triage, assessment and treatment based on best practice in the delivery of health services within a multi-disciplinary team.

We have a dedicated and passionate team. A team of Nurses that run each Health Centre and work collaboratively with Doctors, Allied Health staff and custody personnel. We're united by our goal of making a positive difference in the lives of offenders, their families and the community. 

We currently have positions available at Mt Eden Corrections Facility for Mental Health Nurses, if you think you have what it takes to make a positive change in the health care of others, then we'd like to hear from you.

Shifts include weekend work, but no night shifts, as there is an on-call triage system in place overnight. 

To apply for this position you will need to be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Registered Nurse, be eligible to work in New Zealand and hold a full New Zealand Drivers licence.
