About the role | Mō te tūnga

We have an exciting opportunity for Psychologists to join our team based in Palmerston North.

You will work as part of a team that spreads across two men's prisons and eight Community Corrections site (working with both men and women) throughout the districts.

This is a flexible, and family friendly team where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of Clinical Psychologists who are extremely passionate about their work, you will be working with high and complex needs clients for assessment and to provide therapy.

This professional role calls for someone who:

  • Is reliable with strong communication skills
  • Has a minimum of a Masters degree in Psychology and registration with the NZ Psychologist Board
  • Is an excellent problem solver who can work across cultures
