About the role

We provide payroll services to employees and volunteers located throughout New Zealand. We pride ourselves on being a closely connected, customer-oriented team, who collaborate with our colleagues.

This role is responsible for all things payroll, entering and processing changes to people data, flawlessly handling confidential and crucial payroll details and of course making sure calculations are compliant and correct.

There's plenty of scope to work on payroll projects and grow your skills.

This is a permanent role and the salary range is $56 to $62k per annum and benefits including matched KiwiSaver employer contributions of up to 6%, life and income protection insurance, and generous sick leave provisions through our Wellness Policy.

About you:

  • Some knowledge of New Zealand employment and payroll-related legislation
  • Can make sense of terms and conditions in employment agreements and policies
  • Are well organised, detail oriented and able to multitask with great follow up skills
  • Proficient excel and MS skills
  • A customer centric approach
