We are looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist that can bring their extensive knowledge and skillset to help us with the implementation of our new Human Resources Information Solution (HRIS) system.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The HRIS project team is responsible for the implementation of the HRIS system. This involves combining, streamlining, and improving a number of systems and processes from Human Resources and other related business functions. This will ensure that the Ministry has adequate support for the delivery of Our People Goal objectives and other organisational priorities.
Mā wai te mahi nei? - Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a SuccessFactors environment, specifically in project implementation. You must be qualified in and/or have a demonstrable and current knowledge of SuccessFactors integration within HR business processes.
Your knowledge of the SuccessFactors software and how to execute a project like this will enable you to break down complex technical topics into common language that is understandable by non-technical/business oriented audiences. You will bring your previous experience in creating business-as-usual maintenance environments, comprehensive auditing processes, and release management and enhancements to cultivate the HRIS system and then transition it to BAU.
Your capability in resolving complex problems, along with your sound judgment and decision making skills will enable you to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and develop well-formulated components of the HRIS system.
