Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to join our Auckland based Greys Avenue Operations and Service Delivery Programme for a fixed term for 18 months. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, control through stage gates and management of all programme activities.
This role will be specifically focussed on the Greys Avenue Programme with responsibility for planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. Being highly competent in all forms of communication and stakeholder engagement is vital for the success of this role
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Experience in establishing new business operations - a must
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Experience in influencing and work effectively at a senior level
