Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader Business Analysis to join our Wellington based team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Analysts and Service Designers who are accountable for exploring problems and opportunities across our business as well as the identification and design of solutions.
You'll be a senior member of our national Business Analysis practice so the ability to work collaboratively with other managers and staff across the country to ensure effective portfolio management and support is critical. Your analysis skills will be complemented by your experience in mentoring, training and developing team members.

- Relevant professional qualifications and related experience
- Expertise and experience across project management and business analysis methodologies and techniques
- Experience leading high performing teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, train and coach staff
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically across complex business issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership
