Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management for an assigned portfolio in Henderson, ensuring physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Relevant Property Management or Valuation qualifications
- Background in the management of property assets
- Understanding of financial and technical data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in undertaking options analysis and report writing
- Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
