Be a part of the only, purely vascular service in Australasia! In this exciting specialty you will be able to develop your acute surgical and assessment skills. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary, professional team committed to delivering quality care to Auckland’s vascular patients.

Ward 41 offers you the opportunity to join a committed and stable team who specialise in demonstrating all of Auckland DHB’s values whilst providing exceptional patient care on a daily basis.Supporting professional development and further education is very important to us. An environment that allows you to upskill and grown at levels.

We need experienced registered nurses from a surgical, medical or cardiac background with a passion for working within a vascular unit.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • Have a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Previous surgical, medical or cardiac experience will be beneficial
