Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
CREDS offers treatment and therapy services to individuals with eating disorders, as part of the Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) operated by the Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast District Health Boards. We provide a full range of specialist services to people with eating disorders in the greater Wellington area - from nutritional counselling, outpatient therapy and psycho-social education through to a 6-bed Residential Programme and a 7am-7pm therapeutic Day Programme. CREDS operates 7 days per week.

This exciting role will involve supporting clients in our 6-bed Residential / Day Programme service in Johnsonville, this is a rare opportunity to join our unique team - the Central Region Eating Disorder Service. The Central Region Eating Disorder Service (CREDS) is looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced nurse to join our unique multi-disciplinary team
Moū - About you
If you are passionate about restoring the wellness of those impacted by eating disorders, have excellent clinical skills and enjoy working amongst a tight-knit and caring team then do not hesitate to apply.
- Applicants must have a current APC, with scope to Practice in Mental Health
- Relevant postgraduate experience in Mental Health, Medical or Paediatric setting
- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders and their families
