Service: Accident and Medical Clinic
Hours: up to 5 rostered and rotating shifts per week (7.00am 3.30pm, 3.00pm 11.30pm, 3.30pm 12.00pm)

We are looking for a friendly, customer focused receptionist to join our busy team at the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic.
Playing an essential role in the patient journey, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for ensuring our patients and caregivers receive timely and appropriate treatment and advice, and that their medical record is maintained with a high level of accuracy.
Some of your duties will include:
- Meeting & Greeting patients
- Maintaining accurate data records
- Invoicing patients
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing Administration tasks as required
- Ordering Radiology referrals

You will be joining a busy and dynamic reception team of 10, who pride themselves on delivering a high standard of customer service. Our team work well together, and you will thrive on supporting your colleagues to get the job done.
Moū About you
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a busy environment. You will also have proven office administration and reception skills. Knowledge of Medtech32 would be an advantage.
You will have flexibility to work at short notice and cover rotating shifts:
- 7.00am -3.30pm
- 3.00pm -11.30pm
- 3.30pm -12.00pm
The position is casual, rostered and rotating up to 40 hours per week over 7 days.
