Registered Nurse - COVID Contact Tracing at Lakes District Health Board (Rotorua/Taupo), Bay of Plenty

Registered Nurses – COVID Contact tracing
Fixed term 12 months - Monday to Sunday 0800 – 16 30 hrs.
Managing welfare and compliance calls to service users who have or have been in contact with cases of Covid-19 and are required to self-isolate.
Online and phone based work managing outbound calls
Accurate recording of information in our systems
Staying up to date on daily updates to information and providing accurate advice to service users
Contributing to a positive team environment
If you are interested in adding to your current skill set you will have strong support and full training is provided; including online training and practical onsite training.
Working within a virtual environment, you will need to be confident using online systems and talking with service users over the phone. You’ll also need great communication skills to manage calls with empathy, kindness and professionalism.
Proven experience in a customer focused role with strong communication skills
Confident in a phone-based role and accurate typing skills
Call centre or customer service experience would be an advantage
Digitally savvy and confident using technology
Keen to learn in a fast-paced environment with ability to pick up new information
Computer skills are essential
Can do attitude, Sense of Humour
