This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated professional with strong administration management and leadership skills to join our service. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and operational management of the administration team within the Transcription service. You will ensure that the team provide a high level of service and ensuring all typed clinical documentation meets the objectives, standards and priorities of Counties Manukau Health. This is a full time, Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
Your strengths will include working in a health environment with an understanding of service delivery, excellent verbal and written communication, complemented by exceptional organisational skills. Strong administrative skills, advanced user of MS Office suite, ability to work under pressure, keenness and general willingness to help out with the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble' will be well received. You will need to have proven leadership skills showing that you have led a team with change management skills of benefit.
You will need to communicate with stakeholders at all levels from a variety of backgrounds and the ability to lead and work as part of a team. Your ability to influence, build relationships within the team and other staff is extremely important to succeed in this role.

The salary range for this position is between $69,738 to $74,259, dependent on skills and experience.
