We are looking for someone who can go from one department to another in an administration role, pick up systems and processes quickly and adapt to the requirements of the role. You will be available to work on an as and when required basis (casual) to cover for staff absences and to fill a roster when planned leave is approved. You may be required in some instances to work days/evenings on weekdays, some weekends and public holidays. It is necessary for you to be available to work these hours.
The following skills are a requirement for this important position;
- General all round office experience.
- Excellent computer skills - variety of programmes.
- Data entry.
- Filing (must be accurate and follow alpha-numeric filing system).
- People and time management skills.
- Customer Service experience a must.
- Would be advantageous to have worked in an administrative role in a General Practice.
- Ability to work in a team environment is especially important along with a sense of humour.
You will have excellent and comprehensive training/support from other team members.
