Our mahi is varied and carried out with passion for the health and wellbeing of ngā tangata o Aotearoa. We are looking for someone who shares this unrelenting pursuit of wellbeing and has the skills, experience and motivation to enrich our organisation through the education and influence of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Reporting to our Tumu Whakarae/Chief Executive, this key management role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Te Hiringa Hauora programmes. This role will demonstrate thought and transformational leadership, agility, along with strategic, systems, and future focused thinking. The role is a key influencer across a wide and varied group of stakeholders, building, mentoring and driving capability and outcomes in programmes and operational functions.
The introduction of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Bill states that all Te Hiringa Hauora employees will be become employees of Health New Zealand on 1 July 2022. This role will be important in supporting the future shifts associated with the health reforms and Pae Ora Bill.

You will have strong relationship management skills across cultures and a broad sector of organisations and individuals.
