Within People & Wellbeing (P&W) as we continue to evolve our HR operating model to realise our aspirations, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Professionalto join our passionate senior leadership team, reporting through to the Chief People Officer.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and advancement of our capability, culture and people information, strategy and services. With a range of HR specialists in your function, you will drive effective change and improvements to lift our strategic capability to deliver solutions that strengthen the Treasury and ensure we are fit for the future. This includes a digital transformation of our people information and employee experiences, focusing on lifting our technology, data and reporting capability to ensure it provides insights to drive our people strategy and deliver on the decisions made by the Treasury's senior leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you will be a future-forward and HR systems thinker who has the ability to think big and broad. You will work in unison with other HR Leaders to support the achievement of wider integrated strategic objectives that supports change and contributes to building a high-performing Treasury.
