Where you’ll be working: Attendant/Cleaner – Te Kuiti
The details: Permanent Full-Time, 80 – Hours fortnight (1.0 FTE)
About the role:
We are looking for an applicant to join our 24/7 attendant service who has excellent customer service skills and can work all rostered duties, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Duties will include cleaning of the hospital and general attendant duties.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Excellent fitness to work in an environment with heavy physical demands including frequent walking, pushing and lifting.
• Willingness to follow direction and carry out tasks in a timely efficient manner.
• Ability to build and maintain positive respectful relationships with customers and team members.
• Reliability with an excellent attendance record.
An understanding of hospital functions, and previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage. Full training is provided.

Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
