Interventional Cardiology / Radiology
Permanent 0.6FTE position working 48 hours a fortnight

We have a permanent 0.6FTE position available for a nurse with experience in Cardiology and/or Radiology nursing. You will be caring for patients undergoing Cardiology and Radiology interventional procedures and other radiological examinations. Knowledge and experience of interventional radiology and/or cardiology is essential, also an ACLS (Level 6) & IV cannulation certificate would be advantageous.
This position is Monday to Friday 0800- 1630, however there is an expectation that the role will include on-call after hours (16:30 0800 weekdays) and (16:30 Friday to 0800 Monday on weekends).

- Be a NZ registered nurse.
- Have a minimum of two years experience in Cardiology nursing (Interventional or Coronary Care).
- Have a demonstrable record of providing a high standard of care for patients.
- Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Enjoy being part of a team that values teamwork, respects individual needs and is motivated by excellent clinical outcomes.
