An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managed Isolation Facilities Associate Charge Nurse Manager. This position is ideal for a senior registered nurse wanting career advancement.
The role is part of the clinical management team working alongside the incumbent Associate Charge Nurse Managers and Charge Nurse Manager to manage and oversea the nurses and health services within MIFs and CIQ.
We operate within a multi-agency collaborative model to manage travellers coming into New Zealanders as part of COVID 19 response.
There are usually three managed isolation facilities within Hamilton, with one currently operating as a community isolation and quarantine facility.
The role would be predominantly in the managed isolation facilities, but with the requirement to provide some support of the quarantine facility. There is a requirement for on call and weekend work.
Immediate start would be advantageous.
Secondments would be considered for internal DHB applicants.

Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
