Waitematā District Health Board (WDHB) is the largest mental health and addictions provider in the country with services for infants, children, adults, older adults, Māori and Pasifika peoples as well as regional forensic psychiatry and addictions services.
We are recruiting for a Clinical Improvement Coordinator to support our clinical and quality improvement activities. You will work with clinical teams and our consumer advisor, family/whānau advisor and management roles to plan, develop, implement and evaluate quality improvement activities. As a member of the Quality and Improvement Team you will report to the Q&I Lead and work with experienced colleagues.
You will have an improvement qualification, personal consumer experience or strong clinical experience within addiction or mental health services. You will demonstrate excellent relationship skills, excellent oral and written communication skills (including report-writing), be familiar with contemporary quality improvement methodologies and want to work towards equity in health outcomes.

To be considered for this role, the following are required:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- More than five years mental health and addictions sector experience as a clinician or improvement facilitator, or have consumer experience
- If you are a clinician you will have a current APC
- Experience and/or qualification in quality improvement in healthcare
