Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
Ward 5 is one of five Assessment Treatment & Rehabilitation wards at Middlemore Hospital, providing patient focused care in Health of Older People. In addition, Ward 5’s ACE (Acute Care of the Elderly) model of care focuses on acute geriatric evaluation, assessment and treatment with a multidisciplinary focus. The service provides care for patients aged 80 years old and older with acute medical conditions.
