An opportunity exists for a Specialist Anaesthetist to join the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB).
This permanent full time position is based at Whakatāne Hospital with a commitment to supporting services across the Bay of Plenty.

We are looking for a Specialist Anaesthetist who wants to relocate to the beautiful Bay of Plenty to join a department and location that is experiencing growth. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about providing care for all age groups, including afterhours and an interest in Acute Care.
The successful applicant must hold qualifications that meet the criteria for vocational registration or eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
If this is you, we would like to hear from you – come and join our Anaesthetic team working in the Bay of Plenty serving a population of 260,000.
