Ward 51 is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for a Clinical Coach permanent full time position with strong leadership and advanced clinical nursing skills who has been practising at a senior level (RN3 or RN4) and who is ready for a new challenge and a chance to take a step up in their career path, while aligning with the ADHB’s values.
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team with close liaison particularly within the Adult Medical Directorate to optimise the quality and effectiveness of service.
In this role you will:
- provide clinical teaching to patients and staff
- support professional and clinical leadership
- work alongside the Clinical Charge Nurses in Care/service coordination of all stroke patients and their whanau through their inpatient experience
It is important that you can work autonomously, effectively, prioritise workload, and work as part of a supportive senior nursing team committed to effective/evidenced based nursing practice.
Let’s check: do you have:-
- At least 3-5 years acute nursing experience
- Interaction skills with a multi-disciplinary Team and Service members
- NZ Nursing registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
Ideally, you will hold or would be working towards a Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in specialty nursing practice.
