About the Service:
The Meade Clinical Centre (MCC) is comprised of a diverse range of specialty outpatient clinics, and services up to 900 patients per day. This position offers flexibility across a variety of clinics, and opportunities to build nursing knowledge & experience in a number of areas – working with senior nurses and specialists supporting investigations & minor procedures. Our busy multi-specialty outpatient department offers attractive hours of work, a supportive environment, education for the specialty and diverse development opportunities.
About the role:
Meade Clinical Centre – outpatient nursing team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse who is committed to quality and patient focused care, with a strong commitment to patient education. This position is casual and ideally you would be available and flexible with work hours including the ability to work 2-3 days per week and school holidays when required.

• Has a minimum of 5 year’s post registration experience within a New Zealand hospital/acute care setting
• Sound nursing knowledge & experience in surgical & medical nursing is required.

Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
