The Team: What we do
Our team s mission is to continue our focus on Customer Experience, providing a primary point of contact for users of our HR system across both the Canterbury and West Coast DHB s. We train and assist users on our self-service HR portal Max.
Our team is the first point of contact for employees on HR queries related to leaves, pay, roster etc. You will be part of a small close-knit team with a focus on delivering quality service to our customers (internal employees) and keeping up to date with the changes in the business.

We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about providing high quality customer service. Your ability to engage, listen to and understand the needs of your colleagues will be critical to your success in this role.
As part of the Service Hub, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring our people get the appropriate support every time. You will utilise your excellent organisation skills in helping to develop and coordinate training and workshops for our people in a timely and efficient manner.
Your skills will include:
- Entry level HR experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Organisational and time management.
