Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? At Women’s Health, Middlemore, we have an exciting part time position available for the right candidate.
In this position, you will be expected to provide high quality service to our staff, patients and their families. You will be responsible for admitting, discharging and transferring of patients, along with keeping electronic records up-to-date and ensuring all confidential data is handled effectively.
This a permanent part time position 0.2FTE on a rostered 24/7 basis, Monday - Sunday in Women’s Health department. You will be rostered to work minimum of two shifts and up to ten shifts per fortnight to the ward where the service is required.
Bringing with you administrative experience preferably from a large, complex organisation or health sector, excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional organisational and time management skills, flexibility and proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite, iPM and Maternity knowledge will be an advantage for this role.
- You must have 1-2 years working in administration/clerical roles.
- Computer technology knowledge and computer skills
- Great typing skills.
The salary is between $44,130 - $50,716 pro-rata, dependent on skills and experience.
