Kōrero mō te tūranga About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled, clinically experienced senior registered nurse or midwife with a current APC to make a positive difference to nurses and patients through the CCDM programme.
The position will see you utilising a broad range of your skills, knowledge and experience by:
- Developing and sustaining constructive relationships with our union partners and key DHB stakeholders to assist with the implementation of the CCDM Programme.
- Support programme development, communication and implementation, and feedback loops to ensure ongoing engagement across the whole of hospital.
- Working at a high level with regard to health informatics.
- Support implementation of the programme at ward level through partnership, education and data collection.
You will bring to the role your clinical experience with a motivated 'can do' attitude, a will to succeed and a commitment to supporting the implementation of the CCDM programme across the DHB.
