Mō te tūnga | About the role
LinKIDS Canterbury is a child health coordination service, which was established to support new-borns into a variety of health services. This team aims to improve patient engagement and Māori health. This team is looking for an administrator to support these outcomes.
We are looking for an administrator who is able to support, develop and maintain operational processes, in order to provide an effective service delivery within this department. This administrator will be part of a patient focused service delivery team and will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver operational and strategic outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with families to facilitate engagement
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Manage the patient management system
- Manage referrals
- Work with and understanding data
- Data management
- Loading, coding, sorting and prioritising referrals

Your skills will include:
- Experience in admin support would be beneficial
- Time management and Prioritisation
- Problem Solving Skills
- Attention to detail and Accuracy
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
