About the service:
We are seeking an enthusiastic administrative support person to join the Pharmacy Services team at Waikato Hospital. We have a large service covering anything and everything related to medicines for the district health board, with a busy team of over 80 people.
You will need lots of energy and a can-do approach to really enjoy this role as it interacts with a number of other services in the health system and has lots of complexity.
About the role:
The role includes a wide range of administrative roles including supporting team leaders with recruitment activities, on-boarding and exiting of staff, setting up of meetings and minute taking, ordering of supplies and a wide range general administrative roles for all areas of our pharmacy service, including our on-campus community pharmacy.
Great communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy are key.
