Administration Receptionist (Full time), Theatres Middlemore Hospital at Counties Manukau District Health Board (South Auckland), Auckland

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, and who has worked in a frontline reception position before and understands the demands of answering a busy phone while greeting someone at the front desk and being able to do it all with a smile. This role includes general administration work along with keeping the reception area presentable.
To succeed in this role you will have outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to provide responsive customer focused support, and an understanding of the needs of patients and their families/whaanau. This is a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital. Hours of work are from 0600 to 1430.
Being highly organised, you will work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail, a "can do" attitude and the ability to multi-task. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be second to none.
It is essential that you have experience using the patient management system i.PM/PIMS and Concerto and competent to an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

The salary range for this position is between$48,506 to $54,523, dependent on skills and experience.
