We are looking for admin superstars, to join our existing Patient Administration Coordinator team at the Patient Service Centre, Auckland District Health Board
About our department
Our Patient Service Centre (PSC) unit provides administration support to the clinical departments, by managing their external referrals, outpatient clinics, receptions, surgical procedures, preadmission and follow-up appointments. We are a large team and collectively make about 850,000 outpatient appointments and over 300,000 surgical bookings per year.
About the roles
We’re a resilient, enthusiastic and friendly bunch, made up of receptionists, outpatient schedulers and surgical bookers, we have a great team culture and a can do attitude. Your new role will play a pivotal part in a patient’s healthcare journey, supporting them with empathy and compassion as they make their way through the planned care pathway. Our roles require proven administration experience, high levels of attention to detail and most importantly good technical computer skills.
This role is covered by the PSA Clerical & Admin MECA and the annual salary starts at $54,178 (plus an additional pay equity adjustment of $2,500).
