Module 10 team are looking for a customer focussed Patient Care Assistant to join the team.
As a member of our Women’s Health Outpatient team your duties will be varied between clinical and administrative. You may provide customer front facing services at the module reception desk, varied administrative tasks such as report management, manage shared generic email in box, liaise with patients to book and/or cancel appointments, or other administration functions. You may also work in a general role supporting clinics.
You will be experienced in customer service, compassionate, self-aware, a high achiever with integrity and a drive to work to high standards. In return we will include you in our team and support you to succeed with an orientation plan. You will work under the direct supervision of RN’s predominantly with people with Gynaecology, antenatal and post natal outpatient appointments.
This is a 0.9 part time position based at Manukau Health Park, Module 10 and reports directly to the Clinical Charge Nurse Manager. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm, as flexibility is paramount in this role we cannot consider set days.

The salary band for this position is between $47,208 - $57,661 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience.
