Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
As the Customer Insights Analyst, you will analyse customer feedback from a variety of possible sources and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns and insights in championing the voice of the customer in planning of frontline service delivery. You will capture and interpret data and find new ways to tell data-driven stories about the impact of our work on the experience of our customers. You skills and experience will enable you to bring data insights to life in creative and visually compelling ways for internal and external stakeholders.
You will also contribute to the development of customer feedback mechanisms in the customer journey, continually review, and evolve the processes used to track, oversee and organise every interaction between the customer and Kāinga Ora throughout the lifecycle.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- 3 years minimum or appropriate data analysis or modelling experience with excellent data interpretation skills
- Customer focus and understanding of applying statistical analysis to a customer delivery environment
- Ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership
- Demonstrate Knowledge of the public sector / government department trends in utilising voice of the customer analytics.
