Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have full time (1FTE- 40 hours a week) and part time (0.8FTE – 32 hours per week) permanent opportunities for Registered Nurses to be part of our team. Come join us in Mana Awhi, Older People Health Inpatient service, part of Adult Community and Long-term conditions directorate at Te Toka Tumai. We have 4 dedicated wards (110 beds) in our service to respond to providing the best care for ours patients who present acutely, or with fractured hips or other types of fractures, amputees, with all patients being exposed to an environment that responds to each individual rehabilitation needs. Your appointment will support the patient and whanau experience which is important to us in supporting our older adult population in Aoteoroa.

- A commitment to biculturalism

- Hold a RGN; RGON; RPN; RCpN with or without BN or BHSc (Nursing)
- Hold a current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practicing Certificate
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to improving health outcomes for whānau Māori

Salary range based on experience: $59 834.00 - $83 186.00 p.a
