We are looking for an experienced
administrator with excellent customer service skills to help staff our busy Enquiries
Desk at Wairau Hospital.
You-ll be based at our Enquiries
Desk working a 4 weekly roster, these shifts are 3 hours each, between the
hours of 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday, however, it will be important that you
have the flexibility to work additional hours across the enquiries desk when
covering staff leave and illness.
diverse role would suit someone who enjoys helping people and the challenge of
working under pressure while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.
salary is dependent on your skill base but ranges between $45,720 and $49,580
based on a 40-hour week.

You will be the type of person who is always willing to go the extra
mile to deliver excellent customer service. You will be a clear and confident
communicator and will manage the demands of the role by being highly organised
You will be confident in the
use of Microsoft applications and have experience using a patient
administration system but if you are a quick learner, and up for the challenge
then we are happy to provide comprehensive training.

- Attention to detail
to provide relief cover, sometimes at short notice.
For the health and safety of staff and patients all NMH staff are required to be vaccinated in accordance with the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021.
