Our Radiology department is seeking a permanent Sonographer with excellent scanning and time management skills to join our busy team.  Located within the hospital, our referrals include acute examinations (inpatient/ED), obstetric, vascular and community referrals.  You will be supported by a team of eleven Radiologists.

We are looking for a Sonographer with excellent communication skills, a high standard of patient care, enthusiasm and the ability to work efficiently in our busy department in a team of four others.

We have a well equipped department with five modern ultrasound machines (Four Philips Epiq’s and two Toshiba Aplio 500’s).

Our Sonographers work primarily at our Taranaki Base Hospital site, but do also rotate to provide scanning at one of our satellite sites.
