This leadership position is an incredible career opportunity to influence the future of nursing practice by providing leadership, integration and co-ordination for Care Capacity and Demand Management and safe staffing activities across the DHB. This role is suitable to an experienced senior nurse with strong leadership skills and knowledge of change management initiatives preferably in quality, safety and risk. Your combination of clinical and business acumen will enable you to help integrate and develop the intergration of the CCDM programme into everyday activities you will work alongside professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic goals and business plans that will deliver service objectives. With exceptional influencing and relationship management skills, you create positive work environments and you are recognised for your commitment to the delivery of the highest standard of healthcare. Strategic thinking and the ability to influence will be your forte, as will your ability to identify issues and craft solutions that meet both clinical and business goals.
You will be a senior registered nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
