Senior People Development Consultant at Accident Compensation Corporation, Wellington

About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior People Development Consultant to join our close-knit Learning Design team. This role is responsible for leading and managing people development initiatives and projects that support strategy, and ultimately enhance the capability within the organisation. The Senior People Development Consultant also works collaboratively with members of the wider People and Culture Group to ensure an aligned and coordinated approach and experience to deliver fit for purpose solutions.

What we are looking for:

This role would best suit someone with demonstrated project management experience, which will allow you to successfully oversee the development of new or tailored learning and development products and services for your varied range of customers. Our team works in an Agile delivery structure and maintains a knowledge base of relevant and modern learning and development practices.

As well as a solid foundation of technical competence and a depth of experience and knowledge within adult learning, you will be adept at providing specialist strategic learning advice within a large complex organisation. Naturally you will also have great influencing and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work collaboratively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes that support our strategic direction.

The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $134,823 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation. For a detailed position description click HERE.
