Coordinator - Organisational Development and Capability at Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities , Wellington

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Coordinator to join our Wellington team. In this role you will support the Organisational Development and Capability team with various coordination and administrative tasks such as generating purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, event coordination, reporting, contract management and general team administration.

  • Experience working in administrative roles for large teams in complex working environments
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trusted relationships through daily interaction
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage many different tasks effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of, and good experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams;
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
