Contract: Permanent, Part Time (0.2FTE / 8 hours per week)
Salary: AHST MECA, dependent on experience
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
An opportunity has arisen at Wellington Hospital for a part time Audiologist who enjoys working with children and their families. Both experienced audiologists and new graduates are welcome to apply. Supervision will be provided as required.
The Audiology service provides comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services to all age groups. We have fully equipped clinics at Wellington Hospital and Kenepuru Community Hospital in Porirua.

The Audiology Team is a small supportive team that enjoys good relationships with ENT, paediatrics, child development and community services, Ministry of Education and Ko Taku Reo, and the Hearing Association and Life Unlimited. We have great administrative support as well as the support of a part time Health Assistant.

The successful candidate will take pride in providing a high standard of service and expertise to patients under their care, have good interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work flexibly in a busy team environment.
