Hauora Tairāwhiti is seeking an experienced Project Manager to facilitate a workforce patnership project. This is a fixed term full time position for 12 months.
The aim of the programme is to improve equity of our workforce, as well as insuring our workforce is reflective of the population. This programme supports career advancement of core roles that are accessible locally, through Te Pukenga
- Working alongside community/Iwi and education providers to enhance accessibility of health careers
- Enabling the identification of education requirements that supports meaningful engagement in career progression
- Ability to conceptualise pathways into health careers, and tailor those pathways to meet the specific needs of our community
- Assisting to embed a culture of partnership, collaboration and co-design, between patient and Whanau centred care and consumer engagement within the disciplines of Project Management
- Ensuring and prioritising a focus on pathways in health careers, which assist and support the business continuity within the organisation
- Enabling a culture which optimises the use of project management approaches and interventions to deliver tangible organisational benefits
