administrative function, while tautoko (supporting) rural health and disability
outcomes.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
This Administrator role will form part of the Workforce Development
kapa (team), where you will collaboratively work with various stakeholders to tautoko
(support) workforce development activities and kaimahi (staff). You will be
involved in managing workflow, organising and overseeing non-clinical
administrative duties within rural health and disability outcome programmes.
We are looking for 2 Administrators, one full time and one
part time for 32 hours per week.
This role involves:
- Coordinating activities and programmes
- Reporting on undergraduate and postgraduate training programmes
- Project coordination for new programmes and initiatives
- Coordinating promotion, delivery, and evaluation of local development opportunities
- Provide administration tautoko (support)
- Overseeing and
coordinating the Workforce Development Team-s work space

This role would suit someone who is able to work independently, while still collaborating with colleagues in various locations. This Administrator role would align with someone who enjoys working with a variety of tāngata (people) and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should be adaptable, flexible and be able to work on a diverse range of tasks.

This role requires the following:
- Experience in a senior administration role
- Experience with project management or programme management
- Facilitation and coordination experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and commitment to uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Typing and Data Entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with various stakeholders
