About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the General Manager and Clinical Director of SAPS; you will be the key communication point for the division and the organisation to ensure consistent delivery of top notch support services. This position is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient executive assistance, administrative coordination support to the General Manager and Clinical Director and wider service. You will contribute to efficient and effective operation of the division by providing executive assistance.
As the primary point of contact, you will be a master of the calendar and events to actively manage their day to ensure it runs smoothly. This includes providing sound judgement and timeliness they can depend on, diary management, meeting and event management, internal and external communications and budget support.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years experience senior administrator/EA supporting to senior staff
- Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Advanced report and business writing skills.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to prioritise time and tasks effectively
- Managing external relationship.
Acting as a trusted EA, you’ll ensure your leaders are fully briefed on issues and situations that could affect their decision-making, judgement, relationships and other matters. You’ll fully support them to work at their optimum, anticipating their needs before they even know it, and knowing what needs delivering. It goes without saying that most of the content of the role will be confidential, your discretion and professionalism will be required at all times.
