Coordinator - Facilities
We are moving into a new 6 Green Star rated office site, and we need a mighty Building Support team, to provide the range of services and support required to maintain this office.
This is not going to be your stock standard office set up, this site is all about being Agile, giving all staff the opportunity to move around the building and work in the best manner that suits them, with the purpose of your role, to provide an exceptional level of customer service to enable them to do their best work within the site.
Much of your day will be spent assisting staff face to face, resolving issues from how to book and use meeting room technology through to how to ergonomically use a desk, carrying out Health & Safety checks, Stationery ordering, function set ups, the list goes on. You won't be sitting down for long, moving around the building ensuring all services are set up and running efficiently, will be the main part of your day, that is unless we have you on Reception, then you need to be the greeter extraordinaire to our visitors and staff.
In addition we have 1x position available in Auckland and 1x in Christchurch also.
Starting salary: $50,812 - $64,213
Mōu | About you
We are looking for a quick learner who is confident in their ability to think, and resolve the issues presented to them, whilst also engaging with the wider team, to share their wins, and working through there loses. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both the staff and the building contractors is very important.
- Experience in a customer service/support role
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite of Software.
- Competent in using technology/savvy enough to work through a process to resolve an issue
- Experience in facilities management (but not essential as we will train you)
- Awareness of the importance of Health and Safety
