Reporting to the Director of Nursing Hospital Services, this role will be responsible for the professional leadership of clinical services in Acute and Emergency Medicine and Specialty Medicine and Health of Older People Divisions. You will be genuinely excited about developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure staff delivers best care and experience to our patients and seeking best experience for our staff.

You will be a nurse leader with exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to influence at a senior level across the interdisciplinary team. You will be able to show an action-oriented and proactive approach while working strategically across your areas of responsibility.

You will have strong alignment with the priorities of the organisation to achieve the best patient experience and best clinical outcomes, along with possessing the energy and determination to lead and embrace change in this challenging and ultimately rewarding role.
