Clinical Director,
Mental Health & Addiction Specialist Services
Permanent, part time 0.3 FTE (12 hours per week). Flexibility for the right candidate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Clinical Director (CD), Mental Health & Addictions. The CD takes an active role in the governance processes for Lakes DHB, and foster shared clinical decision making or other activities that positions Lakes DHB as a centre for clinical excellence.

The successful candidate:
- Proven Leadership skills
- A broad range of general psychiatric skills
- Hold or be eligible for Vocational Registration with Medical Council of NZ
- Enjoy teaching – Rotorua is a teaching hospital with 4th, 5th and 6th year medical students
The role:
- Busy role with a broad variety of general psychiatry
- 1:7 on call roster
All Clinical leadership roles are appointed for an initial three-year term.
The above position comes with an attractive relocation remuneration package and CME allowance for successful permanent appointments.
