Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
Due to an increase in demand for our services, we have an exciting opportunity in our New Construction procurement team for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join us on a permanent basis. Being highly organised and taking the lead with a proactive approach will see you have impact and influence within the team and across our organisation. This role will have you dealing with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally so managing and fostering relationships is imperative.
To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate sound commercial experience within a procurement environment. You will be well versed in procurement best practice and familiar with achieving public value as a key success driver. You'll possess sound business acumen and ideally you are experienced with influencing and building relationships with stakeholders.

- Experience performing in a commercial and/or procurement function within the public and/or private sectors.
- Highly effective communicator with a strong track record of managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders and key suppliers.
- Comfortable working across the breadth of the procurement skill set.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Be highly organised.
- The ability to work automatously.
- Confident in using a consultative approach in the development and execution of commercial strategies.
